Workshop med tyske partnere den 14. august 2018

Den 14. august afholdt vi workshop med inviterede partnere – det blev kun tyskerne, der var i stand til at deltage

Vi startede med status på udvikling af træningsmodulerne og vi gennemgik den danske evaluering af afprøvningen. Tyskerne fortalte om deres afprøvningsforløb, der endnu ikke er afsluttet

Vi blev eninge om, at træningsmodulerne skal formidles via en guidebog, som vi primært skal udarbejde i DK – med flg indhold:

Introduction:

  • The books target group (matrix: In-house training, Courses for social service providers / others (support group, volunteers) and educational modules for students)
  • Purpose of the book
  • Relation to roadmap – implementation
  • Short explanation of each part of the book

Part one: Empowerment and action learning

 

Part two: Guide for designing courses

  • Wenger’s design of learning processes
  • The design star
  • Implementation of training courses in the organization (reference to roadmap)
  • Presentation of the training courses – template
  • Experiences from pilots – recommendations
  • Examples at different levels

Part three: Guide for trainers

  • Role of trainers
  • Empowerment by action learning – why? (NB documentation of sets)
  • Methods and tools – empowerment handbook
  • Theoretical references – themes
  • Documentation of processes and change
  • Examples from pilots

Deadline: Mid-October (first advanced draft)

UC SYD makes drafts and send these to the other pilot partners for commenting.
